Airshadow summertime Sweetness

Summer is a great time to bust out the brights, also an even greater time to bust out the airbrush. Here I have an airbrushed eye look that is perfect for this summer whether your heading out to the beach or hanging out on a summer day or night his airbrushed eye look just screams summer.

To get this eye look....

Step 1: apply Peach Pink to the natural fold of your lid/ transition or depending on your eye shape your crease. Blend it all the way through starting at the top of the outer v all the way through towards the inner lid.

Step 2: apply Majesty or a similar purple hue to the outer v and blend into the outer corner of the lid. You also want to blend it into the natural fold of the lid not spraying the mid lid. Also apply this shade to the outer corner of the lower lash line by connecting it to the base of the outer v and blending down. Take it to just about the half way mark of the lower lash line.

Step 3: apply Nectar or similar shade with a hint of shimmer to the inner corner of the lid and blend past the mid lid and slightly into the majesty in the outer corner. Be careful not to cover up that majesty in the outer corner. Apply nectar to the brow bone very lightly as to get a bit of shimmer there. Also apply this shade to the inner corner of the lower lash line and blend through to the majesty on the lower lash line.

Step 4: apply airliner, you can free hand it for a natural liner or if you want that cat eye than use stencils here I used my eyeliner stencil I picked up at airbrushmakeup.com. Apply a jet black liner or a liner shade of your choice.

Step 5: apply a highlighter to the bear duct and under the arch of the brow so that when the light hits your face it brings the focus to your eyes. Here I used Wet and Wild Fergie shimmer pallet and a medium shadow brush.

Step 6: apply tour favorite mascara that mascara I used is maybeline's the rocket mascara in very black. Now it's summer so make sure to use a waterproof mascara!

And the look is complete!

Dinair Cream Concealers

Ever wondered about Dinair's cream concealers? Wondered what the shades are? Are they creamy? Are they long wearing? Do they crease? Well today is your lucky day cause I'm going to tell you all about them.
First things first let me introduce you to the shades they offer, dinair offers 8 cream concealer shades. 7 are skin tone shades and the 8th is a corrector shade:

Dinair concealers come in a tube with a twist off doe foot applicator,  the weight is not listed on the container but you get a fair amount of product that does in fact last a very long time. The price of the cream concealers which are sold individually is $19.99 to the average person this would seem high but for the quality I would say it is definitely worth the extra bucks.

Now to answer some of the questions you may have...
1) Are Dinair cream concealers creamy?
1A) absolutely they are by fare to most creamy cream concealers that I've had the pleasure of getting my hands on! Even though it's creamy it definitely stays put and blends into the skin flawlessly making it perfect to use in conjunction with airbrush makeup.

2) Are Dinair cream concealers long wearing?
2a) yes, in my opinion the cream concealers have satisfactory wear time , this comming from a person with extramural oily skin. Take my word for this gals and gents this concealer is legit. The wear can be extended even more by applying an under eye setting powder ;).

3) Do they crease?
3a) well duh ! a nubbie who doesn't know about makeup application would be frustrated with this concealer and any other top brand concealer WHY because we all know it's all about the prep and finish. If you have deep lines or multiple fine lines prep and finish when using this concealer and any other concealer for that matter and you will almost always get awesome results!

4) How do you use these concealers?
4a) I like to use cream concealers only on the under eye area I find that with airbrush makeup cream concealers don't sit well under the airbrush makeup so.... Since airbrush makeup tends to collect in the fine lines under and around the eye area why not apply a cream concealer there and save myself the agony of Creasy cakey makeup am I right? Or am I right?. So under eyes use cream concealer blemishes, dk spots, etc conceal with airbrush makeup for the best and most flawless natural finish.

I hope this reading gave you some insight to dinair cream concealers check out this video from my youtube channel IHeartAirbrush for the live demo on how i use Dinair cream concealers in my everyday routine!

Airshadow Summertime Pop

This look came to me after a day of fun and sand in Santa Cruz California, walking up and down the boardwalk and relaxing on the sandy beach inspired me to start utilizing more color this summer. This look uses some of the brightest shades I have in my kit that may not get as much love as they deserve. I hope this look inspires you to play with brights and just have fun and be care free this summer!

To get this look:

Step 1: apply Sparkling turquoise to your transition or cease area depending on you eye shape of course. Make sure to apply it from the top of the outer v all the way through towards the inner corner. Then apply this shade to the lover lashli e starting at the outer corner and going about 2/3 the length towards the inner corner of the lower lashline.

Step 2: apply Lilac to the outer v blending it into the Sparkling turquoise but not covering it completely. Blend this shade into the natural fold of the lid on the outer corner of the lid also. Then take this shade from the base of the outer v and blend down the lower lash line just at the outer corner.

Step 3: next take Gold and apply it to the inner corner of the lid blending it through to the lilac in the outer corner. Apply Gold to the tear duct feathering it up toward the sparkling turquoise in the transition area. Then apply gold to the inner corner of the lower lash line blending it into the sparkling turquoise.  Then apply a bit of gold on your brow bone for an added highlight.

Step 4: using a liner stencil apply airliner to get that cat eye look. Here I used jet black but even using liner shades like midnight blue or dark brown is sure to give this look even more pop. Don't forget to smoke out the putter corner of the lower lashline with a bit of that liner shade also.

Step 5: apply your favorite mascara, here I'm using maybeline's the rocket mascara in very black ( waterproof formula of course)

And your beach worthy look is complete! Summertime is the perfect time to utilize those bright beautiful shades be creative and let the summer season inspire you!

To get the full look: conceal under eye area with orange highlighter cream concealer, dab you perfect concealer cream concealer  shade over the Orange highlighter then set with under eye setting powder, conceal blemishes using airbrush makeup with a lighter shade with the same undertone for me my foundation shade is golden Olive  so I conceal with dk. Golden beige.  apply dk. Peach pink to the cheekbone, layer on your foundation shade to the coverage of your linking, apply darker shade in similar tone group as a contour for example my foundation shade is golden Olive so my contour shade is dk. Almond. Mix the two for an even natural contour! Apply a highlight of your choice I just used a lighter foundation shade to the center of my forehead, on top of my cheek bones, down the bridge of my nose and to the center of my chin. Then apply a nude lip pencil, and use a gloss or moist and dewy over it. For this look I used traditional gloss. And the beach worthy look is complete!
